Suppose, there are three position to fill using $A$, $B$ and $C$. Thus, $3!$ number of combinations possible: $ABC$, $ACB$, $BAC$, $BCA$, $CAB$, $CBA$.
Want to find, out of these combinations which are best?
Used genetic algorithm (and other evolutionary algorithm) for this type of problem. Is there any deep learning algorithm/approach that can be used for this purpose?

How will you evaluate whether a combination is best or not?

I will feed the predicted sequence, to the system under consideration. The system will give output. Compare the output with previous outputs for different sequences to find good or bad.
