Kartesiolaisuus tarkoittaa René Descartesista alkunsa saanutta filosofiaa, joka ilmeni erityisesti tietoteoriassa sekä näkemyksessä nähdä mieli/sielu ja ruumis niiden "substantiaalisen yhteyden" vuoksi toisiinsa vahvasti sekoittuneina ja toisensa kanssa vuorovaikutuksessa olevina, siitä huolimatta, että ne voitiin metafysiikassa erottaa selvästi toisistaan (kartesiolainen dualismi). Nimitys tulee Descartesin latinankielisestä nimestä Cartesius. Kartesiolaisuudella on ollut vahva vaikutus tieteeseen.
