Oy Fennica Ab tai Fennica-Filmi oli suomalainen elokuvatuotantoyhtiö. Sen perusti vuonna 1926 liikemies Armas Willamo kumppaneineen. Hallituksen varajäsenenä toimi venäläisperäinen liikemies Georg Uschakoff. Virallisesti se oli ”teknisten ja muiden luvallisten tavaroiden agentuuri- ja myyntiliike”.[1]


Vuonna 1928 Willamo rahoitti nuorten Valentin Vaalan ja Teuvo Tulion ensimmäisen elokuvan Mustat silmät, joka valmistui seuraavana vuonna. Yhtiö toimi viiden ensimmäisen Vaalan elokuvan tuotantoyhtiönä. Kuudeskin elokuva ehdittiin aloittaa, mutta sen teki loppuun toinen tuotantoyhtiö.[2]


Vuonna 1932 Vaala osti vähemmistöosuuden Oy Fennica Ab:sta. Seuraavana vuonna myös Tulio osti yhden osakkeen. Vuonna 1934 yhtiö joutui talousvaikeuksiin, mutta se välttyi konkurssilta epämääräisten olosuhteiden vallitessa, jossa myös tuotantoyhtiö Aho & Soldan kärsi tappioita. Konkurssiin Oy Fennica Ab asetettiin vuonna 1949, jolloin sen toimialueena oli ollut viimeiset vuodet turpeennosto.[2]
