Giovanni Cornacchia (18. kesäkuuta 1939 – 23. heinäkuuta 2008) oli italialainen yleisurheilija. Hänen päälajinsa oli 110 metrin aitajuoksu.


Cornacchia saavutti hopeaa 110 metrin aitajuoksussa Belgradin EM-kilpailuissa 1962 ajalla 14,0 s. Hän hävisi Neuvostoliiton Anatoli Mihailoville 0,2 sekuntia. Tokion 1964 olympialaisissa 110 metrin aitajuoksun loppukilpailuun osallistui kolme italialaista, joista toiseksi parhaana Cornacchia sijoittui seitsemänneksi ajalla 14,1 s. Budapestin EM-kilpailuissa 1966 Cornacchia sijoittui viidenneksi ajalla 14,2 s ollen jälleen loppukilpailun kolmesta italialaisesta toiseksi paras.
