Habiganjin piirikunta (bengaliksi হবিগঞ্জ জেলা, Habigañj jelā) on yksi Bangladeshin koillisosassa sijaitsevan Sylhetin alueen neljästä piirikunnasta. Piirikunnan pinta-ala on 2 637 neliökilometriä ja väkiluku 2 089 001 (VL 2011). Piirikunnan keskus on Habiganj (63 892 as., 2011).[1]


Piirikunnan naapureina ovat lounaassa Brahmanbarian, lännessä Kishorganjin, pohjoisessa Sylhetin ja idässä Moulvibazarin piirikunta sekä etelässä Intian Tripuran osavaltio.[1]


Piirikunta jakautuu paikallistasolla kahdeksaan upazilaksi kutsuttuun osaan.


Habiganjin piirikunta on viljelyalaltaan ja tuotantomäärältään Bangladeshin toiseksi merkittävin teealue, joka tuotti vuonna 2013 yhteensä 15,1 miljoonaa teekiloa.[2]
