Sojuz 31 oli Neuvostoliiton Sojuz-lento Saljut 6 -avaruusasemalle. Laukaisu tapahtui Baikonurin kosmodromilta 26. elokuuta 1978 ja paluu noin 68 vuorokautta myöhemmin, 2. marraskuuta 1978. Lennon radiokutsu oli "Jastreb" (Ястреб).
