Musashimurayama (jap. 武蔵村山市, Musashimurayama-shi) on Japanin kaupunki Honshūn saarella Kantōn alueella Tokion metropolissa. Se sijaitsee Taman alueella Tokion erillisalueiden länsipuolella ja rajautuu Tokion Fussan, Higashiyamaton ja Tachikawan kaupunkeihin, Mizuhon maaseutukaupunkiin sekä Saitaman prefektuurin Tokorozawan kaupunkiin. Musashimurayamassa on 72 314 asukasta (vuonna 2017)[2] ja sen pinta-ala on 15,32 neliökilometriä.[1]


Nykyisen muotoinen Musashimurayaman kaupunki perustettiin 3. marraskuuta 1970. Kaupungin pohjoisosassa kohoavat Sayaman kukkulat. Osa Yokotan lentotukikohdasta sijaitsee Musashimurayaman alueella. Kaupunki on Tokion metropolin kaupungeista ainoa, jonka alueella ei kulje rautateitä.
