Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, CBE, (s. 9. lokakuuta 1939 Hove, East Sussex) on brittiläinen arkkitehti, joka on tullut tunnetuksi modernistisesta ”high tech” -arkkitehtuuristaan, alumiinijulkisivuistaan ja metallirakenteistaan. Hänen merkittävimpiä rakennuskohteitaan ovat Lontoon Waterloon rautatieaseman laajennus sekä maailman suurin kasvihuonekokonaisuus The Eden Project Englannin Cornwallissa.


Grimshaw kävi Wellington Collegen Berkshiressä ja opiskeli 1959–1962 Edinburgh College of Art -oppilaitoksessa, kunnes sai stipendin Lontoon AA-arkkitehtuurikouluun (Architectural Association School of Architecture). Valmistuttuaan sieltä vuonna 1965 hän aloitti pitkän yhteistyön arkkitehti Terry Farrellin kanssa. Se kesti vuoteen 1980 asti, jolloin Grimshaw halusi viedä teollisia materiaaleja hyödyntävää ”high tech” -arkkitehtuuriaan yhä pidemmälle, kun taas Farrell kiinnostui Yhdysvalloissa alkunsa saaneesta, leikkisämmästä postmodernista arkkitehtuurista.


Vuonna 1989 Grimshaw voitti Royal Institute of British Architects -palkinnon Financial Times -lehden painotalon suunnittelusta Itä-Lontooseen. Suunniteltuaan Britannian paviljongin Sevillan Expo 92 -maailmannäyttelyyn 1992 Grimshaw sai aatelisarvon. Vuonna 1993 Waterloon rautatieterminaali nimettiin Britanniassa vuoden rakennukseksi. Grimshaw toimi Royal Academy of Artsin johtajana vuosina 2004–2011. Hän on Grimshaw Architects -yrityksensä hallituksen puheenjohtaja. Yritys toimii Lontoon lisäksi New Yorkissa sekä Australian Melbournessa ja Sydneyssä.
