Charles Hickcox (6. helmikuuta 1947 Phoenix, Arizona, Yhdysvallat – 15. kesäkuuta 2010) oli yhdysvaltalainen uimari ja olympiavoittaja. Hän voitti vuoden 1968 kesäolympialaisissa Méxicossa olympiakullat 200 ja 400 metrin sekauinneissa ja myös Yhdysvaltojen joukkueen jäsenenä 4 × 100 m sekauintiviestissä.[1] Hän voitti samoissa kilpailuissa myös hopean 100 metrin selkäuinnissa.[1] Hänellä oli uransa aikana hallussaan kuuden eri matkan maailmanennätykset.[1]


Hickcox valittiin maailman vuoden uimariksi vuonna 1968.[1] Hänet valittiin myös Swimming Hall of Famen jäseneksi vuonna 1976.[1]
