Frank Edward Blachford (28. joulukuuta 1879 Toronto, Kanada – 24. kesäkuuta 1957 Calgary, Kanada) oli kanadalainen viulisti, musiikkipedagogi, kapellimestari ja säveltäjä. Hän opiskeli The Royal Conservatory of Musicissa Bertha Drechsler Adamsonin johdolla ja valmistui vuonna 1897. Hän jatkoi opintojaan Leipzigin konservatoriossa Hans Sittin ja Carl Reinecken johdolla.[1]


Blachfordin johdolla opiskelivat muiden muassa Albert Aylward, Jack Montague ja Harvey Perrin. Blachford muodosti kuudestatoista Toronton sinfoniaorkesterin muusikosta Blachford String Symphony -ryhmän, joka esiintyi konserteissa ja radiossa. Hänen sävellyksiinsä kuuluu muun muassa pedagogisia kappaleita viululle.[1]
