I would like to ask if there are some differences between semi supervised algorithm Learning with Local and Global Consistecny and Label spreading which is implemented in sklearn. I didn't find any implemented example of LLGC algorithm, which I would like to try.

I have found some github repository with name Label Spreading, and there is a comment that it is implementation of LLGC. So I am bit confused what is the difference between LLGC and label spreading.
