Haploryhmä J on mitokondrion DNA:han perustuva ihmisen äitilinjan haplotyyppi. Haploryhmä on eriytynyt haploryhmästä JT noin 45 000 vuotta sitten. Samasta haploryhmästä eritiytyi myös haploryhmästä T. Noin 12 % eurooppalaisista kuuluu haploryhmään J.
