Lol on Etelä-Sudanissa virtaava joki. Se saa alkunsa Bongon massiivilta, läheltä Keski-Afrikan tasavallan rajaa, ja laskee Bahr al-Arab -jokeen.[1]


Uwailin kohdalla Lol risteää Babanusan ja Waw’n välisen tien. Sen rannoilla sijaitsee Ashanan luonnonsuojelualue.


Koska joki on luonnollinen rajalinja Etelä- ja Pohjois-Sudanin välissä, sen alueella on käyty useita Sudanin sisällissotaan liittyviä taisteluja.
