Kobolttikolibri (Damophila julie) on neotrooppisella alueella elävä kiitäjälintu. Se on sukunsa ainoa laji. Sen esiintymisalue ulottuu Panaman keskiosista Kolumbiaan, läntiseen Ecuadoriin ja luoteiseen Peruun. Lajista tunnetaan kolme alalajia. Jules Bourcier kuvaili lajin holotyypin Kolumbian Tunjasta vuonna 1842.[2]
