Alphonse Henri d’Hautpoul (4. tammikuuta 1789 Versailles – 27. heinäkuuta 1865 Saint-Papoul)[1] oli ranskalainen kreivi, kenraali ja poliitikko, joka toimi Ranskan pääministerinä toisen tasavallan aikana vuosina 1849–1850.


D’Hautpoul osallistui nuorena Napoleonin sotiin. Vuoden 1823 Espanjan-sotaretken aikana hän komensi kaartinrykmenttiä. Hänet ylennettiin vuonna 1828 kenraalimajuriksi ja 1841 kenraaliluutnantiksi. Hän oli myös edustajainkamarin jäsenenä 1830–1838 ja sai 1848 päärinarvon. Toisen tasavallan perustamisen jälkeen d’Hautpoul valittiin vuonna 1849 lakiasäätävään kansalliskokoukseen ja nimitettiin samana vuonna sotaministeriksi. Vuonna 1850 hän siirtyi Algerian kenraalikuvernöriksi. Presidentti Louis Napoléon Bonaparte nimitti hänet joulukuun 1851 vallankaappauksensa jälkeen senaattoriksi ja senaatin suurreferendaariksi.[2]


Alphonse d’Hautpoulin veli oli kenraali Marie Constant Fidèle Henri d’Hautpoul.[2]
