Arto Ilari Tamminen (s. 1962) on suomalainen laulaja-lauluntekijä.


Beatles-vaikutteisen esikoisalbuminsa What's All About Tamminen julkaisi Bablers-yhtyeensä kanssa vuonna 1980. Yhdeksänkymmentäluvulla Tammiselta ilmestyi sooloalbumit Kadonneen saaren laulukirja (1994) ja Utopia (1997). Hänen hittikappaleitaan ovat "Neljän ruuhka" ja "Utopia". Vuonna 1994 Arto Tamminen voitti ja vastaanotti Emma-gaalan jakaman parhaan sävellyksen palkinnon kappaleella "Ihana ilta", jonka oli levyttänyt Samuli Edelmann.


Englannin kielellä Tammisen tuotantoa ilmestyi jälleen vuonna 2000, kun Bablers-yhtyeen Like the First Time ilmestyi.
