Parmen Timm (Thim) (1705 Ruotsi – 4. toukokuuta 1750 Eura) oli Kauttuan ruukinpuiston patruuna.[1]


Timmin vanhemmat olivat hatuntekijä, kauppias, rautaruukin omistaja Paul Timm ja Maria Magdalena Hilcke. Isänsä aiemmin omistaman Euran Kauttuan rautaruukin Timm vuokrasi 30. elokuuta 1739 kuudeksi vuodeksi, hoidettuaan sitä jo saman ajan aikaisemmin. Lunastettuaan isänsä kuoltua 1741 ruukin osuudet itselleen hän kunnosti kankipajan, uudisti tuotantoa sekä korjasi ja rakennutti ruukin alueella rakennuksia. 1744 hän anoi lupaa nippuvasarapajalle, joka valmistui 1746, mutta aloitti toiminnan hiilen saannin ongelmien takia vasta 1750-luvun alkuvuosina Timmin jo kuoltua 1750. Hän oli kuitenkin onnistunut vakiinnuttamaan Kauttuan ruukin aseman ja kaksinkertaistamaan sen arvon. Timmin kuoltua hänen leskensä ja tämän uusi puoliso hovioikeudenneuvos Lars Magnus Nordstedt johtivat ruukin toimintaa, vuodesta 1766 taas Timmin poika Johan Parmen Timm (k. 1801).[1]


Timmin puoliso vuodesta 1741 oli Maria Haartman (1722-1773).[1]
