Haluk Kakış (s. 25. tammikuuta 1932 Trabzon) on turkkilainen entinen kilpapurjehtija. Hän edusti seuratasolla ızmiriläistä Göztepe AŞ:ää. Kakış osallistui olympialaisiin kerran, Tokiossa 1964. Hän oli tuolloin finnjolla-luokassa 25. paras ja sijoittui yksittäisessä lähdössä parhaimmillaan viidenneksitoista.[1]


Myös Halukin poika İbrahim oli olympiatason purjehtija.[2]
