Radeon RX Vega -sarja on AMD:n mallisto grafiikkasuorittimia.
Malliston grafiikkasuorittimet käyttävät viidennen sukupolven Graphics Core Next (GCN) mikroarkkitehtuuria, joka tunnetaan nimellä Vega.[1]


Ammattikäyttöön suunnatut Radeon Vega Frontier Edition -mallit julkaistiin aiemmin.[2]


RX Vega 64- ja RX Vega 56 -mallit on julkaistu 14. elokuuta 2017.[3] Mallistoon kuuluu myös nestemäisellä jäähdytysratkaisulla varustettu RX Vega 64 Liquid -malli.[4]


Helmikuussa 2019 julkaistava Radeon VII käyttää Vega 20 -mallia suorittimesta, joka valmistetaan TSMC:n 7nm tekniikalla.[5]

Vega-mallit valmistetaan GlobalFoundriesin 14 nanometrin FinFET LPP -tekniikalla.[6][7]


Malleissa on 8 gigatavua HBM2-muistia 2048-bittisellä muistiväylällä.[4] Suorittimissa on 12,5 miljardia transistoria.[6] Ensimmäisen Vega 10 -mallin seuraajiksi ovat tulossa Vega 11-, 12- ja 20-mallit.[6]


Vega 20 -malli yhdistää 16 gigatavua HBM2-muistia 4096-bittisellä muistiväylällä.[5]
