Jarl Axel Erik Lndholm (29. toukokuuta 1911 Petolahti – 2. heinäkuuta 1988) oli suomalainen opettaja ja ruotsin kielellä kirjoittanut runoilija.


Lindholm pääsi ylioppilaaksi Kristiinankaupungin yhteiskoulusta 1931 ja valmistui filosofian maisteriksi Helsingin yliopistosta. Hän toimi opettajana Helsingssä 30 vuoden ajan.
