Näätämöjoen vesistö (vesistöaluetunnus 69) on Suomessa vesistöalue, jonka laskujoki Näätämöjoki laskee Barentsinmeren Neidenfjordeniin. Vesistöalueen pinta-ala on 2 962,48 neliökilometriä, josta 2 354,06 neliökilometriä kuuluu Norjan puolelle. Alueen järvisyys on 11,36 %.[1][2]
