Sitoutumaton Kansalaisliike MYÖ ry on sitoutumaton vuonna 1995 perustettu kansalaisjärjestö, joka vaikuttaa Lappeenrannan kunnallispolitiikassa.[1] Myö on Suomen Sitoutumattomat -järjestön jäsen.


Järjestön perusperiaatteisiin kuuluu, että jokainen yhdistyksen jäsen noudattaa politiikassa omia eettisiä periaatteitaan. Myö ei tee poliittisia ryhmäpäätöksiä eivätkä jäsentä sido yhdistyksen kokouksessa tehdyt päätökset.


Myö-liikkeen edustajista Erkki Pulli oli Lappeenrannan kaupunginvaltuuston puheenjohtajana 2001-2004 ja Suomen Sitoutumattomat ry:n varapuheenjohtajana. Antti O. Arponen oli Suomen Sitoutumattomat ry:n varapuheenjohtajana 2008–2009 ja puheenjohtajana 2010. Tunnettuihin myöläisiin kuuluvat myös rovasti Matti J. Kuronen ja kuuluisa jääkiekkoilija Lalli Partinen.
