Angolan junahyökkäys oli väkivaltainen isku 10. elokuuta 2001 Angolan sisällissodan aikana Zenzan ja Dondon välisellä rataosuudella noin 150 km maan pääkaupunki Luandasta kaakkoon. UNITAn joukot suistivat junan raiteltaan miinan avulla, ja sen lastina olleet polttoaineet räjähtivät.[1]


Iskussa sai surmansa noin 150 henkeä, ja lisäksi noin 150 sai vammoja. Iskun tehnyt UNITA sanoi junan olleen sotilas- eikä siviilikohde, koska sitä saattoi hallituksen joukkojen pataljoona ja mukana oli ampumatarvikkeita. Hallitus sanoi että matkustajina oli siviilejä, ja että junan osuttua miinaan sissit hyökkäsivät matkustajien kimppuun.[2] YK:n turvallisuusneuvoston jäsenet tuomitsivat iskun terroritekona.[3]


Juna kulki tätä reittiä kolme kertaa viikossa, ja hyökkäyksen sattuessa siinä oli noin 500 matkustajaa. Osa vaunuista oli umpinaisia matkustajavaunuja, osa oli avovaunuja joissa kuljetettiin sekä matkustajia että rahtia.[4]


Hyökkäys tehtiin samaan aikaan kun yhdysvaltalainen delegaatio oli maassa tutustumassa oloihin ja arvioidakseen, voidaanko maassa järjestää vaalit seuraavana vuonna.[4]
