Ilmari Herman Ikonen (21. maaliskuuta 1897 Myllykoski, Sippola – 19. kesäkuuta 1953) oli suomalainen taidemaalari.


Ikosen vanhemmat olivat rautatievirkailija Herman August Ikonen ja Ida Maria Siippainen. Hän kävi kolme luokkaa yhteiskoulua ja opiskeli Taideteollisen keskuskoulun iltakursseilla 1911 sekä Suomen Taideyhdistyksen piirustuskoulussa 1917–1919 ja 1921–1924. Ikonen teki opintomatkan Pariisiin vuonna 1933. Hän teki taiteilijan debyyttinsä 1921 ja hänen töitään oli esillä Suomen Taiteilijain näyttelyissä vuosina 1921–1943.


Ikonen tunnettiin ennen kaikkea maisemamaalarina.
