Porvoossa1882Pääskytien kouluun





Tuorilan koulu on Porvoossa vuonna 1882 perustettu maaseutukoulu, jossa on luokat 1–6. Koulun oppilasmäärä ei koskaan ole ollut suuri, nykyään se on viidenkymmenen tienoilla. Koulun rehtorina toimii Eija Hopea.


Vuonna 1882 G. V. Eklund, Johan Pietiläinen, talolliset Johan Hommas ja Johan Lampila päättivät kutsua ensimmäiseksi opettajaksi Matilda Wilhelmina Enqvistin.


Oppilaat esittävät usein näytelmiä, ja tälle toiminnalle tarjoaa lisämahdollisuuksia yleiskäytössä oleva Vanhamoision seuratalo.


Suuri osa oppilaista siirtyy koulun käytyään Pääskytien kouluun.
