Rusheen McDonald (s. 17. elokuuta 1992 Mandeville) on jamaikalainen pikajuoksija, joka kilpailee pääosin 400 metrin juoksussa. Hän on 170 senttimetriä pitkä ja painaa 77 kilogrammaa.[2]


McDonald oli mukana vuoden 2012 kesäolympialaisissa, jossa hän jäi alkueriin.[2]Vuoden 2013 MM-kilpailuista Moskovasta hän saavutti hopeaa pitkästä viestistä.[3]Vuoden 2015 MM-kilpailuiden alkuerissä hän juoksi uuden Jamaikan ennätyksen 43,93, mutta karsiutui välierissä. Rio de Janeiron olympialaisissa 2016 hän karsiutui 400 metrin välierissä ja juoksi alkuerissä 4 × 400 metrin viestissä, jonka loppukilpailussa Jamaika sai toisella kokoonpanolla hopeaa.[4]
