Damiano Damiani (23. heinäkuuta 1922 Pasiano di Porderone, Italia – 7. maaliskuuta 2013[1]) oli italialainen elokuvaohjaaja. Damianin erikoisalaa olivat kantaa ottavat rikosdraamat, jotka kertovat koruttamalla tavalla mafiaan ja korruptioon liittyvistä yhteiskunnallisista ongelmista. Näistä elokuvista kuuluisin on vuonna 1971 Moskovan elokuvajuhlilla pääpalkinnon voittanut Puuttuvat todisteet, jonka pääosissa esiintyivät Franco Nero ja Martin Balsam. Muita ohjaajan mafiatrillereitä ovat mm. Il giorno della chivetta (1967), Perché si uccide un magistrato (1974) sekä televisiosarja La piovra (1984).


Damianin merkittävin elokuva on poliittisen westernin mestariteos Naurava paholainen (1966), Meksikon vallankumousvuosiin sijoittuva kertomus, joka erittelee köyhälistön taistelun moraalisia ongelmia. Teos tarjosi esikuvan kokonaiselle sarjalle italialaisia vallankumouslänkkäreitä. Damianin myöhemmistä elokuvista muistettavin on L’Inchiesta (1987), joka kertoo tarinan Jeesuksen ylösnousemuksesta mysteerithrillerin muodossa.
