Massimiliano Valcareggi (s. 12. helmikuuta 1995 Trieste, Italia) on italialaissyntyinen kreikkalainen alppihiihtäjä. Sotšin talviolympialaisissa 2014 Valcareggi keskeytti supersuurpujottelussa, sijoittui suurpujottelussa 54:nneksi ja pujottelussa 38:nneksi.


Valcareggin äiti on kotoisin Kreikasta. Hän päätti edustaa maata selvitäkseen todennäköisemmin mukaan maajoukkueeseen.
