Raili Annikki Meltamo, avioliitossa Hortay (21. kesäkuuta 1922 Viipuri – 1992) oli suomalais-ruotsalainen arkkitehti. Hänen puolisonsa oli Géza Hortay 1947–1964.


Meltamon vanhemmat olivat Filip Meltamo ja Jenny Savolainen. Hän suoritti ylioppilastutkinnon Helsingissä 1942 ja valmistui arkkitehdiksi Helsingin Teknillisestä korkeakoulusta 1948. Hän työskenteli Lundissa Gustaf Birch-Lindgrenin toimistossa 1946–1948, Lundin kaupunkisuunnitteluvirastossa 1948–1950, Växjön kaupunginarkkitehdin toimistossa 1950–1953 ja omisti Géza Hortayn kanssa arkkitehtitoimiston Oskarshamnissa vuodesat 1954. Hoän suunnitelu muun muassa sulfaatitehtaan Mörrumiin ja EPAn tavaratalon Oskarshamniin. Hän oli vuodesta 1957 Trelleborgs gummifabrikin värikonsultti .
