Tounan[1] (ven. То́унан) on taajama Karjalan tasavallan Lahdenpohjan piirin Hiitolan kunnassa Venäjällä. Se sijaitsee 14 kilometriä Hiitolan taajamasta luoteeseen.[2] Asukkaita on 545 (vuonna 2011)[3].


Talvi- ja jatkosotaan saakka Suomeen kuuluneen Hiitolan kunnan alueella sijaitseva taajama on perustettu entisen Karjalan työlaitoksen paikalle. Sen nimitys perustuu Laatokan rannalla sijainneen Tounaan kylän asutus- ja metsäpalstaan. Neuvostoaikana siellä toimi karjatila. Palveluihin kuuluvat lastentarha, peruskoulu, kirjasto ja lääkintäasema[4].
