I am doing a Weka exercise using a dataset, and I'm supposed to do one run clustering with k means using 6 clusters, and another using 4. I have done this but I'm being asked to identify the number of common points between the 6 clusters from the first run and the 4 clusters from the second run.
Lets say cluster 1 from run1 and cluster 3 from run2 have 13 points in common, how do I find that number 13? I need to find this for all 6 clusters vs the 4 clusters in a form of table, what function in weka can I use to find these common points? Or if possible how can this be done without weka? I have the centroids for each cluster and the numbers of instances in each cluster.

Did you try counting the points in a table?
