NSU 110


NSU 110 on vuosina 1965–1967 valmistettu pikkuauto, jota valmistettiin Länsi-Saksassa yhteensä 74 000 kappaletta.


NSU:n erikoisuus on moottorin sijainti takana. Takamoottorirakenne oli pienissä autoissa melko yleinen 1950- ja 1960-luvuilla. Moottori on myös ilmajäähdytteinen. Rivinelosmoottorin iskutilavuus on 1085 cm³ ja suurin teho 39 kW /5600 r/min (DIN, 53 hv) ja suurin vääntömomentti 78,5 Nm /2500 r/min (DIN).


Edessä oleva matkatavarasäiliö eli tavaratila on iso. Matkatavarasäiliö, takana oleva konepelti sekä polttoainesäiliön korkki avataan sisältä. Sisätilat ovat pikkuautoksi suhteellisen isot pitkän akselivälin ansiosta.[1]


Ajo-ominaisuudet ovat hyvät esimerkiksi kaarreajossa. Edessä ovat levyjarrut ja takana rumpujarrut, jotka toimivat hyvin. Epäkohta on kuitenkin tuulilasi, sillä karkaistu tuulilasi saattaa sirpaloitua yhdestä ainoasta kivestä.[1]


Autolehden koeajossa kulutus oli melko korkea pikkuautoksi. Kulutus vaihtelee välillä 8-11,4 litraa /100 km.[1]


Suorituskyky on 1960-luvun pikkuautoksi melko hyvä, NSU 110 kiihtyi 0-100 km/t 17,0 sekunnissa ja 0-120 km/t 29,4 sekunnissa. Huippunopeus on autolehden mukaan 134,3 km/t, valmistajan mukaan 145 km/t.[1]


NSU 110 maksoi Suomessa vuonna 1966 8980 markkaa.
