Hans Köchler

Hans Köchler (s. 18. lokakuuta 1948 Schwaz, Tiroli, Itävalta) on itävaltalainen filosofi ja Innsbruckin yliopiston filosofian professori. Köchler on tutkinut pitkään kansainvälisen politiikan filosofisia perusteita. Kansainvälisessä politiikassa hän tuli laajemmin tunnetuksi viimeistään, kun Kofi Annan nimitti hänet tarkkailijaksi Lockerbien pommi-iskun oikeudenkäyntiin. Köchler on International Progress Organizationin puheenjohtaja.

Hänen opiskeluvuosinaan, Hans Köchler oli aktiivinen jäsen European Forum Alpbachissa ja perusti yhteyksia Eurooppalaisten älymystöjen ja filosofien kuten Manès Sperber, Hans-Georg Gadamer ja Rudi Supek Praxit koulusta, jonka hän kutsui luentosarjaan, jonka hän järjesti vuodesta 1969 alkaen. ^[1] 1970-luvun alkupuolella, hänen täytyi liittyä Otto Moldenin tiimiin, European Forum Alpbachin ,Otto perusti tämän.

Poliittisen filosofian ja oikeusfilosofian ohella hän on tutkinut hermeneutiikkaa ja filosofista antropologiaa.
