Rudolf Lipschitz (14. maaliskuuta 1832 – 7. lokakuuta 1903) oli saksalainen matemaatikko, joka toimi professorina Bonnin yliopistossa vuodesta 1864. Lipschitz tunnetaan erityisesti hänen mukaansa nimetystä Lipschitz-jatkuvuudesta, mutta hän tutki myös lukuteoriaa, analyysiä, differentiaaligeometriaa sekä klassista mekaniikkaa. Hän kirjoitti kirjat Lehrbuch der Analysis (Bonn 1877, 1880), Wissenschaft und Staat (Bonn 1874), Untersuchungen über die Summen von Quadraten (Bonn, 1886) sekä Bedeutung der theoretischen Mechanik (Berliini 1876).
