David Fredrik (Fritz) Hirn (13. toukokuuta 1834 Mäntyharju – 16. joulukuuta 1910 Helsinki) oli suomalainen kuurojen opettaja, kuurojen yhdistystoiminnan alullepanija ja viittomakielen kehittäjä.


Hirnin vanhemmat olivat maanmittari Anders Fredrik Hirn (1799–1885) ja Sofia Vilhelmina Godenhjelm (1802–1886). Varakkaaseen virkamiesperheeseen syntynyt Fritz Hirn menetti kuulonsa nelivuotiaana sairastamansa tulirokon seurauksena. Hän oli Carl Oscar Malmin yksityisoppilaana vuodesta 1846 alkaen ja myöhemmin hän kävi Malmin Porvooseen perustamaa kuuroille tarkoitettua yksityiskoulua. Hän toimi sitten kartanpiirtäjänä maanmittauskonttorissa ja vuodesta 1862 alkaen ateljeevalokuvaajana. Vuonna 1863 Hirn tuli Malmin jälkeen opettajaksi Turun kuurojenkouluun. Hän oli opettajana vuoteen 1898 saakka jolloin hän jäi eläkkeelle ja muutti vaimonsa kanssa Turusta Helsinkiin.


Hirn teki aloitteen Turun kuurojenyhdistyksen perustamisesta 1886 ja hän oli mukana perustamassa vuonna 1905 Kuurojen Liittoa. Hirn perusti lisäksi ensimmäisen kuurojen lastentarhan Helsinkiin vuonna 1904 ja hän osallistui Suomen ensimmäisen viittomakielen kuvasanakirjan tekemiseen yhdessä poikansa Julius Hirnin kanssa. He ehtivät saada valmiiksi 344 kuvausta suunnitellusta tuhannesta viittomasta. Kuurojen liito julkaisi 1910–1916 Suomen ensimmäisen viittomakielen sanakirjan Kuuromykkäin viittomakieli Suomessa I–III.


Fritz Hirn oli naimisissa vuodesta 1863 Maria Lovisa Klingenbergin (1840–1923) kanssa, joka myös oli kuuro. Heillä oli viisi lasta joista kaksi, tytär Julia Maria Sofia (s. 1864) ja poika David Julius (s. 1868), eli aikuisikään.
