Lauri Ilmari Pallari (12. helmikuuta 1898 Oulu – 16. maaliskuuta 1965) oli Suomen Puolustusvoimien eversti ja sodanaikainen rykmentin komentaja.


Sisällissodan aikana 1918 Pallari osallistui taistelutoimiin valkoisten riveissä ja haavoittui Ahlaisissa. Pallari kävi kadettikoulun 1920 sekä taistelukoulussa majurikurssin 1931. 1920-luvulla hän toimi erilaisissa nuoremman upseerin tehtävissä ja aliupseerikoulun johtajana. 1930-luvulla hän toimi pataljoonan komentajana sekä Kadettikoulussa kouluttajana. Sotilasohjaajana hän toimi 1938-1939.


Talvisodassa Pallari toimi pataljoonankomentajana 1939-1940. Jatkosodan sytyttyä hän komensi pitkän ajan JR 25:a kesäkuuhun 1944 asti, jolloin 4. divisioonan komentaja Pietari Autti syrjäytti hänet. Tämän jälkeen vuodesta 1944 alkaen hän toimi Kouvolan sotilaspiirin päällikkönä. Pallari ylennettiin everstiksi 16.9.1942.
