Leo Tauno Henrik Lipsonen (s. 19. tammikuuta 1952 Hauho) on suomalainen toimittaja ja kirjailija.


Leo Lipsonen julkaisi 1990 vankilaslangin sanakirjan joka sisälsi 5 000 sana-artikkelia sekä kaksi sanaluetteloa romanikielen sanoista ja huumetermeistä. Lipsonen kokosi aineiston kirjaan vuosina 1987–1989 Helsingin lääninvankilassa istuessaan tuomiota vaimonsa taposta. Vuonna 1997 Lipsonen julkaisi samaan aihepiiriin liittyen teoksen Vangittu kulttuuri vankien kertomaperinteestä ja vankilakulttuurista.


Lipsonen on kirjoittanut myös nuortenkirjoja ja yhden rikosromaanin.
