Puhas Oy on kunnallinen jätehuoltoyhtiö, jonka omistavat Joensuu, Ilomantsi, Kontiolahti, Liperi ja Polvijärvi. Toiminta-alueella on noin 110000 asukasta. Yhtiö aloitti tällä nimellä vuonna 2012; aikaisempi nimi oli Joensuun Seudun Jätehuolto Oy.


Puhas hoitaa keskitetysti kilpailutetut seka- ja biojätteen kuljetuspalvelut. Yhtiö omistaa Joensuussa sijaitsevan Kontiosuon jätekeskuksen. Lisäksi sillä on kotitalousjätteiden ekopisteitä, vaarallisten jätteiden ja käytöstä poistettujen sähkölaitteiden vastaanottopisteitä ja jätehuollon palveluneuvontaa.
