Ben Helfgott (s. 22. marraskuuta 1929)[1] on Britannialle kilpaillut painonnostaja. Hän syntyi Łódźissa, Puolassa juutalaiseen perheeseen, josta ainoana hän selvisi holokaustista.


Asetuttuaan Lontooseen Helfgott voitti Britannian-mestaruuden vuosina 1954–1956 ja 1958. Hän osallistui kesäolympialaisiin Melbournessa 1956 ja Roomassa 1960. Hän voitti kultaa kolmissa Makkabi-kisoissa Israelissa 1950, 1953 ja 1957 sekä pronssia Kansainyhteisön kisoissa Cardiffissa 1958.


Helfgott on myöhemmälläkin urallaan toiminut aktivistina tukemalla holokaustista selvinneitä ja levittämällä aiheesta tietoa.
