Kongontöpökerttunen (Hemitesia neumanni) on keskiafrikkalainen varpuslintu. Sen elinympäristö käsittää Kongon demokraattisen tasavallan itäosan, Lounais-Ugandan, Länsi-Ruandan ja Länsi-Burundin. Walter Rothschild kuvaili lajin holotyypin Tanganjikajärven länsipuolelta kahden kilometrin korkeudelta Kongon demokraattisesta tasavallasta 1908.[2]
