Temppeli O on nimitys, jota käytetään eräästä antiikin aikaisesta kreikkalaisesta temppelistä Selinuksessa Sisiliassa Italiassa. Sen kohdejumaluutta ei tunneta varmuudella, mutta sen arvellaan olleen omistettu Artemiille. Epävarmuudesta johtuen rakennus tunnetaan tutkimuksessa perinteisesti kirjainnimellään.[1][2]

Temppeli O rakennettiin arkaaisen kauden lopulla noin vuonna 490–480 eaa. Se sijaitsi Selinuksen akropoliilla eli yläkaupungin alueella ja oli sen temppeleistä eteläisin. Temppeli on lähes samanlainen kuin heti sen pohjoispuolella sijaitseva niin kutsuttu Temppeli A. Se edusti doorilaista tyyliä, ja siinä oli lyhyillä sivuilla kuusi ja pitkillä sivuilla 14 pylvästä. Pylväiden korkeus oli noin 6,2 metriä. Sisällä temppelissä oli pronaos, naos eli cella, jossa oli myös adyton, sekä opisthodomos.[1]


Keskiajalla temppelirakennuksen jäänteet olivat osana paikalle rakennettua linnoitusta Temppelin A raunioiden ohella.[1]
