Jorge Manrique (noin 1440 – 1479) oli espanjalainen runoilija ja sotilas. Manrique osallistui aktiivisesti Henrik IV Kyvyttömän ja Isabella Katolilaisen välisiin konflikteihin Isabellan puolella, mutta kuoli Garcimuñozin linnan taistelussa vuonna 1479 pian Isabellan saavutettua kruunun.


Manrique kuului merkittävään aatelisperheeseen, joka oli sukua Trastámaran huoneelle, Kastilian hallitsijasuvulle. Hän oli Iñigo López de Mendozan, Santillanan markiisittaren sisaren lapsenlapsi, Kastilian kansleri (esp. canciller) Pero López de Ayalan jälkeläinen ja Gómez Manriquen, Toledon corregidorin veljenpoika; mainitut esivanhemmat olivat 1300–1400-lukujen tärkeitä runoilijoita. Jorge Manrique muistetaan sekä runoistaan että sotataidoistaan. Hän kirjoitti noin neljäkymmentä runoa, melkein kaikki rakkausrunoja, ja yhden runon oman isänsä kuolemasta. Tämä runo, ”Coplas a la muerte de su padre” (Säkeitä isänsä kuolemasta), on Kastilian 1400-luvun kirjallisuuden tunnetuin teos.
