Suomen erämaalaki on erityislaki, joka kohdistuu Lapissa oleviin erämaihin. Vastuuministeriönä toimii Suomen ympäristöministeriö.



Tarkoitus |


Lain tarkoituksena on perustaa erämaa-alueita alueiden erämaaluonteen säilyttämiseksi, saamelais­kulttuurin ja luontaiselinkeinojen turvaamiseksi sekä luonnon monipuolisen käytön ja sen edellytysten kehittämiseksi.
