Van Maanenin tähti on valkoinen kääpiö Kalojen tähdistössä. Se sijaitsee hieman reilun neljän parsekin (14 valovuoden) etäisyydellä. Kohteen löysi suuren ominaisliikkeen perusteella hollantilaissyntyinen tähtitieteilijä Adriaan Van Maanen vuonna 1917 vertaillessaan muutaman vuoden välein otettuja kuvia samasta taivaan alueesta. Van Maanenin tähti on eräs harvoista ihmisen mukaan nimetyistä tähdistä.


Van Maanenin tähti on lähimpiä valkeita kääpiöitä ja meitä lähin valkoinen kääpiö, jolla ei ole seuralaistähteä. Verraten viileänä tähtenä se lienee hyvin vanha, mahdollisesti yli 10 miljardia vuotta.
