Paul-Maurice Choquet (2. lokakuuta 1920 Montreal – 15. marraskuuta 1996) oli Haitilla toiminut kanadalainen roomalaiskatolinen piispa. Hänet vihittiin Pyhän Ristin kongregaation papiksi 24. kesäkuuta 1944 ja nimitettiin Cap-Haïtienin hiippakunnan vihkipiispaksi sekä Diospolis Inferiorin titulaaripiispaksi 6. kesäkuuta 1959. Piispaksi vihkiminen seurasi 15. syyskuuta. Pääkonsekraattorina toimi Paul-Émile Léger, jota avustivat Valérien Bélanger ja Albert François Cousineau.[1]


Choquet osallistui Vatikaanin toiseen kirkolliskokoukseen. Hän erosi tehtävistään vihkipiispana 11. elokuuta 1967.[1]
