Leo Suni (ven. Лев Вальтерович Суни, Lev Valterovitš Suni; s. 29. lokakuuta 1932 Tärölä) on venäläinen historiantutkija ja Petroskoin yliopiston professori.


Suni valmistui vuonna 1956 Petroskoin yliopiston historiallis-kielitieteellisestä tiedekunnasta. Hän työskenteli historian opettajana ja harjoitti jatko-opintoja Tarton yliopistossa. Vuosina 1963–1972 Suni työskenteli Petroskoin yliopiston yleisen historian laitoksen opettajana ja vuosina 1972–1981 Neuvostoliiton tiedeakatemian Karjalan filiaalin kielen, kirjallisuuden ja historian instituutin vanhempana tutkijana. Vuonna 1981 hän siirtyi takaisin yliopistoon, jossa hän on toiminut yleisen historian laitoksen johtajana, historian tiedekunnan dekaanina sekä Skandinavian ja Suomen tutkimuslaitoksen johtajana. Suni väitteli tohtoriksi vuonna 1982 ja sai professorin viran vuonna 1983. Hänen tutkimuksensa käsittelevät suomalais-venäläisiä kauppasuhteita, 1800-luvun Suomen yhteiskunnallis-poliittista kehitystä ja inkerinsuomalaisten historiaa.[1]
