Rasputina on yhdysvaltalaisen Melora Creagerin alun perin luoma sello-rockyhtye, jonka kokoonpanolla on tapana vaihtua levystä toiseen. Tällä hetkellä (2013) muita soittajia ovat Daniel DeJesus ja Dawn Miceli.


Creager toimii yhtyeen vokalistina, kirjoittaa kaikki yhtyeen sanoitukset ja tekee kaikkien albumien kannet. Yhtyeen musiikkia on perinteisesti ollut vaikea luokitella, mutta yleensä sitä kuvaillaan lähinnä synkeänä vaihtoehtorokkina.


Yhtye on ottanut vahvasti vaikutteita viktoriaanisesta ajasta. Tämä näkyy selkeimmin yhtyeen promootiovalokuvissa sekä esiintymisasuissa, joissa näkyy yleensä aikakaudelle tyypillisiä alusasuja kuten korsetteja.
