Tracie Lehuanani Ruiz-Conforto (s. 4. helmikuuta 1963, Honolulu, Havaiji) on yhdysvaltalainen entinen uimari, josta tuli 1980-luvulla eräs tunnetuimmista taitouinnin edustajista.


Ruiz voitti uransa aikana kolme olympiamitalia, joista kaksi kultaista. Kultamitalit tulivat vuoden 1984 kesäolympialaisisaa Los Angelesissa. Vuoden 1988 Soulin olympialaisista Ruiz voitti lisäksi hopeaa.


Ruiz voitti kolme kultamitalia Pan-Amerikan kisoissa. Kaksi ensimmäistään hän sai Caracasissa vuonna 1983 ja kolmannen Indianapolisissa vuonna 1987. Hänet valittiin vuonna 1993 International Swimming Hall of Fameen[1], ja vuonna 2001 samainen taho julisti hänet "vuosisadan taitouimariksi".[2]
