Aleksei Vladimirovitš Medvedev (ven. Алексей Владимирович Медведев, 5. marraskuuta 1972 Minsk, Valko-Venäjä) on valkovenäläinen vapaapainija ja olympiamitalisti. Seurasaolla Medvedev edustaa Spartak Minskiä. Hän on edustanut maataan olympiatasolla kaksi kertaa. Atlantassa 1996 hän voitti hopeaa vapaapainin 130 kilon sarjassa ja Sydneyssä 2000 hän oli samassa sarjassa kuudes.[1]
