Elisabeth ”Liesel” Jakobi (s. 28. helmikuuta 1939 Saarbrücken) on saksalainen entinen yleisurheilija, joka kilpaili pituushypyssä ja pikajuoksussa. Hän edusti seuratasolla ATSV Saarbrückeniä. Jakobi voitti pituushypyn kultaa Tukholman EM-kisoissa 1958 tuloksella 614 cm.[1]


Jakobi voitti pituushypyssä maansa mestaruuskilpailuissa neljä mitalia, joista yksi oli hopeinen ja kolme pronssisia. Hän menestyi myös 60 metrin juoksussa, jossa hän voitti Länsi-Saksan sisäratojen mestaruuden vuosina 1960 ja 1963.
